Starry Night with YWCA

Come support the YWCA at the 13th annual Starry Night – a dinner, dance and auction on June 10th. Held at the Jubilee Pavilion and sponsored by BMO, this promises to be a fun-filled evening to support a good cause!

Free Yoga Classes - Mondays

Offered as part of a series of Free Yoga Meditation classes for 2016, these will be offered at Pickering High School, 180 Church St N, in Ajax – Room 149.

Classes will take place Mondays at 7pm, except February 15th, March 14th and 28th, and May 23rd.

Offered as part of a series of Free Yoga Meditation classes for 2016, these will be offered at Queen Elizabeth School 1205 Simcoe St N.

Classes will take place on Wednesdays at 7pm, except March 16th.

Offered as part of a series of Free Yoga Meditation classes for 2016, these will be offered at the Whitby Public Library, at 405 Dundas St W.

Classes will run on Thursdays at 7-8pm.

John Howard Society Durham has service locations all over Durham Region, like Oshawa, Ajax, Whitby and Bowmanville.

They offer assistance with housing and residency, community and justice supports such as anger management, and employment and training services. Most of their services are free.
